これは今日食べた夜メシ。鶏もも肉とごぼうと長ネギの和風パスタ。美味い。具材をオリーブオイルでがガッと炒めて和風だし、ニンニク、酒、塩胡椒、醤油で味付けした。若干胡椒を効かせすぎた感もあるけどその分ガツンとした味わいになって満足感が高かったです。最の高。

I used crème fraiche instead of heavy cream. Crème fraiche has mild tanginess and sourness. It is also more stable on high heat than heavy cream.
