Why can’t you go into your bank account and cancel subscriptions? I’ve spent the best part of two days trying to cancel a #NYT subscription that I thought was cancelled, they told me they’d refund last month & cancel, the following day they took another payment! Went to complain I was #63 in queue!

It's pretty stupid how often Sam Ezersky chooses a letter combination for #NYT #SpellingBee with an obvious pangram that isn't in his list of accepted words.

Ezersky's word list being so arbitrary is a major flaw in Spelling Bee's game design, and it makes the game far less fun.
