#Kusuriya I'm assuming this is the same pin from S1 and S2, though the anime team designed it differently enough that I'm not 100% sure now.
Regardless, does feel a bit symbolic to tie into the end of S2.
#Kusuriya Was worried, based on the episode 2 trailer, that one of my least favorite plot points of the novel is something that happens next week. Thankfully I think it's a few novels away still.
Emperor is hinting to Ah-Duo that it's time for Jinshi to find a wife. Obvious why he would tell her
#Kusuriya I may go re-read this part, as I don't remember what Shisui was doing here. I'm assuming based on the Emperor being there, making teas to serve him, while dealing with some of the paralysis of the resurrection drug, and not her making any drug. Though Ah-Dou might have her do that too.
#Kusuriya This was a good bit. It would cause all sorts of headaches to Maomao and Jinshi if anyone knew that a survivor of the Shi clan is wandering around, so a face full of bug juices and oils it is.
#Kusuriya Which of course also triggers a memory for Maomao when she and Shisui went out on a sort of festival date.
#Kusuriya When I was reading the novels I was wondering how historically accurate this was, and I'm assuming pretty accurate, in that grasshoppers being confused with locusts and them being the actual cause of plagues.
#Kusuriya The troubles Maomao causes everyone else by freaking them out that what will happen to them from those two, if something happens to Maomao.
#Kusuriya Maomao (human) being held up like Maomao (cat).
#Kusuriya Maomao will tell herself it's not her business even if she is dragged half way around the world to get to the bottom of it.
