JGP Ljubljana - Lineup changes #JGPFigure

🇦🇹 Daniel Ruis and 🇧🇪 Lilou Remeysen have withdrawn

🇺🇸 Kirk Haugeto replaces Louis Mallane

🇨🇾 Oliviia Bazlova replaces Vasilisa Bogomolova

🇸🇮 Luna Rozman replaces Ula Zadnikar

I'm hoping to be fully caught up in time for the final #JGPFigure event which is Gdansk.
Long shot but... believe I can make it.
Good night to all.
Lord's willing, talk to you 2morrow.

Well... 🤷🏾‍♀️.
Won't be able to do the Rhythm Dance from Ankara 2nite as I have to charge my phone and it's almost midnight here.
Be doing it 2morrow morning, Lord's will after church service.
So much catching up on these #JGPFigure events with less than 2 weeks to go until completion.

Finished up the women's short from Ankara.
Now... off to have supper and then do the rhythm dance from also from Ankara.
Planning to watch it between 10:30 and 11 PM in which after that... bedtime.
Right now... off to supper and then resume my #JGPFigure catch-up.

😫... not the short program Arina Kalugina (🇦🇿).
Falls on the Lutz and the attempted combo will cost her.
Love her music selection though.
Just wished those jumping wouldn't ended up being what they ended up being.

Being a late addition for Ankara, a good short program from Martina Petra Major (🇭🇺).
Won't have a high score but that was a beautiful performance she did in Ankara.
#JGPFigure

The mistakes that Arina Vorobeva (🇬🇧) made in her short program are going to cost her.
Lost about 15-16 points because of no combo and her landing on the lutz.
She has a wonderful selection of music choice for the short but those mistakes proved to be costly for her.

#JGPAnkara

An wonderful short program from Sofia Chen (🇧🇬).
Interesting to see some1 born in 🇺🇲 represent 🇧🇬.
Never expected some1 to represent such a country.
Anyway, wonderful short from Ankara.
That was amazing, Sofia.
#JGPFigure

That was a fun short from Katarina Fedorova Coelho (🇵🇹).
Technical score states she won't lead but don't think she cares about scores.
Only having fun which she just did with her short here in Ankara.
#JGPFigure

Despite being unable to save her opening combination jump to begin her short program, that was a beautiful performance by Ariadna Gupta Espada (🇪🇸).
Had she not singled that second part of her combo, could've had a high score.
Singling it causes so much.

That was a good short from Noemi Joos (🇮🇹) but something tells me it wasn't the short she was looking for but had a great smile after seeing her short program score.
54.00 is a very good score as we're still somewhat early in the figure skating season.

Not the short program Safiya Abayeva (🇰🇿) wanted but I love the music. Just wished those jumping passes would've been better than what we ended up seeing.

#JGPAnkara

Interesting short program from Adelina Voroteliak (🇩🇪).
The music was interesting.
The interpretation was something.
Will not be taking the lead as Mei Okada (🇯🇵) was off the charts but I see great promise in Adelina.
Could be a top 20 in the near future.

Back on the phone now as I just finished watching Elisabeth Dibbern's (🇨🇭) in which based on what I saw, good but after seeing the replay, that fall on the combo will prove to be costly.
😔... it was good nonetheless, just that 1 fall...so sad.

#JGPAnkara

An okay short program from Bella Aydin.
She did struggle a bit but kind of liked what she displayed here in Ankara.
Won't be leading but she has much potential to unleash.
#JGPFigure

That was so amazing. Mei Okada on another level here in Ankara.
#JGPFigure

Based on what I was able to see (currently doing triple duty now) that was a wonderful short program from Nayeon Ko.
Every element from what I saw... just beautiful.
What a short program from her in Ankara.
#JGPFigure

Switching over to my laptop to comment on the remaining women's short from #JGPFigure in Ankara as I'll be using my phone to do another Fantasy draft as we countdown to the regular NHL season beginning in a couple of days.

That was a nice short program from Angela Urvashi Norin (THA).
Loved her interpretation to "Westside Story"
#JGPFIgure
#JGPAnkara

Fantastic short program from Ilona van Steenberghe (🇧🇪).
Every jumping pass clean.
Every spin... beautiful to the max.
She won't take the lead but had great promise.
Hope we see more of her in the near future.
