2/2 Neither department will help. If it were up to me #DirecTV and #FedEx should be put out of business forever. Do yourselves a favor, find a better streaming/live tv service and a better shipping company. Both of these entities suck.

1/2 Since late June of this year I've been caught in a battle between #DirecTV and #FedEx. I shipped a defective remote control back to #DirecTV and #FedEx has not delivered it to the warehouse. I am now being charged. Speaking to each companies customer relations department is a nightmare.
