i enjoyed watching @plounce.bsky.social do their "incorrect pokemon" drawings, and in particular their take on girantina, being a ghost/dragon.

i decided to do my own spin on their design, which i guess turned into more like a goodra ghost forme. i love her anyways!

A round cartoon dragon, with the main body and arms comprised of lilac and purple sludge, but with ghostly green clouds in place legs, and the clouds form into a swirly tail. The clouds also resemble a pair of horns and wings.

The Gullah culture has a mythical creature called the Boo Hag, a skinless red creature who drinks your breath and takes your skin. This is my interpretation of that.

Everyone always add Pokémon to Minecraft, but what about the opposite? What if there is a Pokémon game based on Minecraft?
(This will not be a real playable game, just a game concept)

✨️ROSMUD✨️
A fairy/grass type

This design is a play on the swedish word for dandylion - "maskros" which means worm rose!

Look out for their evolutions !

fakemon scribbles. worms are for a still-in-limbo project with a different type chart which is why they're "ghoul" over ghost

[ #spiralianscribbles #fakemon ]

a rough sketch of a dog-like fakemon evolution line. the first stage is a tired-looking dog with droopy features and lots of growths on its head and back. it's a pure poison-type named "oncthrus". its evolution is longer and more greyhound-esque. its tumors have grown into structures like heads on long necks, with sharp "teeth". its tail has also mutated into a mouth. it's a poison/dragon-type named "carcynogen"

a rough sketch of some fakemon. the first is a lobopodian mon with large jaws, holding its head upright such that they're more like antlers than insect or worm mandibles. a doodle off to the side shows what its face looks like at rest, with two dopey dot eyes. the lobopod mon is named "hadrelk". the other two fakemon featured are an evolution line somewhat like opabinia. the first stage is a squat bug with five frog-like eyes and a long tongue ending with two finger-like appendages. it evolves into a more worm-like shape. rearing up like scolipede. its tongue is longer. its legs are larger, and its body is lined with small flipper-like appendages. the first stage is named "utazard" and its evolution is named "pabizard"

a rough sketch of two earthworm fakemon, both halfway buried in the ground. their segmentation and facial patterns evoke a skeletal motif. the first stage has mud covering the top of its head with a rose sprouting from it. its name is "rotflower". its evolution is longer and fatter, with a squarer face and a jagged mouth. its head is covered in a tangled growth of thorns and roses. its name is "rosedax". both are ground/ghoul-types

a rough sketch of a fakemon evolution line modeled after microorganisms. the first stage is shaped like a gourd, with two stubby feet at the bottom, a cat-like mouth at the top, a tail-like flagellum at its back, and organelles visible through its translucent stomach. its name is "amewba". its evolution is larger and shaped more like a car or bear. its flagellum "tail" is much longer, and it has six legs instead of two. it retains amewba's translucency, with far more organelles visible. its name is "mewkaryote". both fakemon are pure normal-types

Was looking around and found some old "fakemon-esque" designs with a concept I was proud of, primarily the Evo at least. It's a Gargoyle fountain that swims in a pool of water it produces like a sea serpent. I'm posting it because the concept is cool and I want to redesign it eventually.

Inktober 2026 - Day 4 - Cactus

Had some fun with fakemon! First we have my take on a Pokemon cut from gen I and uncovered by the helix chamber.

Feel like it would have had an Exeggcute feel to the final design.

They can choose not to move for days at a time, taking in the serenity of the world around them. While among the most poisonous Pokemon in the region, they only use it for self defense. Based on Shaolin Monks, Asiatic Toads, and Feng Shui.
