She goes
On her
Twinkle toes

She gets it
With her
Scalled tail,

Her's
And
The Captain's
Kippers takes
A Mermaids hit

Candle light,
And Luna fish
Calm seas
Bring in
The ship's
Love tonight.

Back to the roaring traffic,
Leaning on the bridge wall,
A silver strand of spider web,
Drifts upward, catching the light,
River below, rippled, flowing,
Gulls in the air, wheeling,
A family of ducks below,
Leaves tumble in Autumn mourning,
A moment of priceless #calm.
What traffic?
