Since the coast guard installed a new Lac Deschênes #OttawaRiver #buoy but didn't announce it any where and NSC declined to make a post about it, I'll announce it here:

• K3/1 buoy
• in between K3 and K5
• Marks rocks
• Exact location: 45° 22.972' N 075° 52.297' W
