mfw you wake up in the afterlife (Erid) and an angel (autistic nerd named Grace) tells you that the way you were raised was NOT normal and maybe a wee bit culty

I’ve genuinely had this fandom give me back my spark for writing. This fic is just the first of many that I’ve been writing. Shoutout to my friend who has been obsessed with bloodymary with me and read this first~

New chapter of Aqua Regia is up. My #BloodyMary longfic! Grace is nosy.

archiveofourown.org/works/924955...

Screenshot of a fanfic on Archive of Our Own. The excerpt reads: Simon had caught the look, though, and a flash of irritation bubbled to the surface that he tempered with a patient exhale. Of course he was looking. How could he not, when the only other human here looked like—like this? "If you're going to stare, then stare," he said at last, startling Grace. "I—" Grace began, and put the book down with a guilty look. "It's not on purpose—" "I know." Rocky tittered in the corner, a light, resonant tune. "Grace always stares. Stare at Rocky when we first meet. Very rude. Eyes see light, many, many things, but choose to stare at same thing over and over." The tips of Grace's ears flushed pink with his embarrassment. "Yeah, well, I look because I'm learning! How do I understand something if I don't look at it, bud?" "Eridians no light receptors, no 'eyes.' Can still understand. Next excuse, question?"

Hold him close
Hold him warm

Put these traumatized men in the most comfy situations!!! 🫵🏻

#bloodymary

Artwork of two men curled together in a nest of pillows. Grace is sitting against the pillows, awake and his face gently laying against Simons forehead. He is holding Simon gently against his chest, arms curled around him. Simon is sleeping, relaxed and comfortable, curled together. The artwork is colored loosely with colored pencil and lined with sepia liner. It looks soft and warm. Grace: middle aged white man with unruly blond hair, here he is wearing a cream Cardigan, a blue shirt and orange sweats. Simon: middle aged asian man with wavy black hair, here he wears a green shirt and black sweats. He is missing his left arm, his face is scarred on the left side as well.

m0owu on Tumblr requested I draw Bloodymary “cuddling under (or on) the warm blanket.” I didn’t draw Grace’s quilt from the movie because of how detailed that quilt is. #rylandgrace #simonironlung #projecthailmaryfanart #ironlungfanart #bloodymary

I’ve been wanting to draw Victor and Edward as Grace and Simon for so long now

OCs shown: Victor, Edward (guest starring Emrys as Rocky)

#projecthailmary #ironlung #bloodymary #art #illustration #digitalart #digitalartist #artsky #oc #originalcharacter #queerart #queerartist #gay #gayart

Redraw of a scene from Project Hail Mary with my OC Victor as Grace and an Eridian version of Emrys as Rocky against a simulation of the night sky Iron Lung art with my OC Edward as Simon, standing in and covered in blood, looking backwards at the camera with the teeth of the anglerfish in the background. The brooch implies the alien has been recast as Ambrose

here you go my bloodymarylings 🥰

my beta Pearl wanted simon tiddies + hair tie in mouth content, so I did that and made it 300% hairier and sweatier bc I have a PROBLEM

#bloodymary #simonironlung #projecthailmary #ironlung

My depiction of Simon from Irong Lung after he survives the blood moon and arrives on Erid with Grace. He is a man of medium stature who is muscular but not skinny. He has tan skin, black hair. and black body hair. He is standing in a greenhouse. The left side of his face, neck, left shoulder, and some parts of his chest have red mutations/scarring, and his ear is misshapen from the mutations. His visible eye has a black nictitating membrane with a red iris. He has a large dorsal fin along his back and a smaller fin along his right forearm. Both fins have white, bony spines and red membranes with darker red veins in them. He has a smattering of pale scars on his un-mutated skin on his right arm, right side, and left hip. His left arm is made of metal, and he has a black sleeve that crosses his pecs and along his left side (his slutty little harness, if you will), which is used to support the prosthetic. He had six gills, three on each of his sides. He is wearing black gym shorts and a special necklace, which was a gift from Grace. The necklace has brown, gold, and teal beads as well as long silver beads and metal spikes. The end of the necklace has his pendant from Eden, complete with the leaf seedling encased in glass. He has prolific arm, armpit, chest, stomach, and happy trail hair, and he is covered in sweat. He is GAY.
