Well, not nothing. I moved in to flank, helping an ally's later attack. #pf2e is full of ways to stack your team's odds, and that's core to play.

Also #pf2e has degrees-of-success on things like spells, to soften failures.

But if you roll bad enough, neither of those help! So back to the topic...

It seems like people are very passionate about hating failures, or bad rolls. This passion seems evident from the strong tone of dislike used.

I do get it sucks to roll badly.

Had a game of #pf2e today with a few bad turns. Rolled badly enough, repeatedly, so that against the odds I "did nothing".

Lots of talk lately about if it's good or bad to have random-chance failures in #ttrpgs.

I am open to new and novel mechanics and systems. So I am not opposed to ideas on this.

But there's something I find odd...

Find the Path by Hell's Rebels is an excellent and long-running #pf2e podcast.

Serious play, taking the time to explain rules. The story is one where a group of heroes must overthrow a devil-worshipping tyrannical government.

Here's an update of my #Pathfinder2e Bakuwa Iruxi/Lizardfolk, Rezkishk! Put a lil' gradient on to experiment, not certain on the colors I chose...
I also slightly changed the line art color with a mask layer, too, not sure about it yet...
