working on extra collision and projectile code for one of the #pcEngine project that needs 'fire', so back to the old trick of making 5 source art frames, get a full rotation with horizontal and vertical hardware sprite flips to get a full spin.
precompute addr offsets+flip bits into a LUT for speed

New features for ALXPCE Studio:

- Export to more formats and allow to use .wav file for CD-ROM audio tracks.
- Added projects stats for debugging.
- Added "Arrange scenes" to align scenes in the editor.
