Adding on: I'm thinking Deiuoreks might have a law against killing or eating golden eagles, because they're his divine symbol.
Whether he would make comparable laws for the other gods' symbols, I'm not sure. Not all of them apply, anyway.

#TheDragonblood: Not too many, as far as I've decided.
Gnaramater and/or Amfrobena might have set procedures in place for the humane treatment of livestock animals, which people may or may not follow. Deiuoreks's laws are the ones people most strongly care about.
#TheDragonblood: Felix ended up in a fight with some thugs in Nemoros. Aimetor helped them out. Later, they both ended up in a fight with a dragon.
#InReverse: The story starts off with Meg in a fight, where she ends up getting shot.
Harriet has surely been in a fight, too.

#TheDragonblood: Zonhaspalis runs on magitech.
To start us off, without magic, the whole city would come crashing down.
But magic is also needed to get people and utilities to and from the floating city.
Fresh water has to be portaled in. Sewage water gets portaled out.
Felix: I'm just your average neurotypical cis guy.
Aimetor: Deiuoreks's laws are good and right, and it's not like the Soulless can feel anything.
Meg: We can't be together; she's married to someone else.
"Hang on, back up," I say to Sabrina."You're a GODDESS?"
Sabrina looks like she's trying to hold back a #laugh. Then she turns serious. "Felix, this is not the time. Let me deal with this. Aimetor, what is it you need?"
#TheDragonblood: Felix has a meal, vegetarian by request, and is warned off some spiral-shaped vegetables. Their mind starts to wander to possible reasons for it.
#TheDragonblood: At the very least, pretty much all the usual suspects would exist in world: cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, geese and honey bees, in addition to wild game. Between them, Nemoria would have sources of meat, eggs, dairy and honey.
#TheDragonblood: Magical ferns are a big food crop in Nemoria, but more for their magic content that nutrition.
Vegetables: Your standard Brassica oleracea cultivars don't exist in Nemoria.
#TheDragonblood: Felix apologises, feels embarrassed, then sees them picking it up and realises maybe they should help out.
Aimetor apologises, but in the Aimetor way.
#TheDragonblood: This is a place that values magical prowess, like the rest of Nemoria, but all the more in Zonhaspalis. It's a culture of showing off and one-upping.
The city has also a pretty intense tourist culture. Everyone wants to see the floating city!
Felix: *shouting into the void* Sabrina? I know you can hear me.
Sabrina doesn't always respond, but if she's not coming to help, it's because she knows Felix will pull through, or she's helping behind the scenes.
#TheDragonblood: In Zonhaspalis, like most places in Nemoria, the majority language is Nemorian, with the gods' language also used as a religious language.
I haven't developed specific dialects of Nemorian yet. But maybe we can imagine them having a posher dialect here?
#TheDragonblood: I have an idea of the demographics for Nemoria. Lots of Souled, very few Soulless, rejuvenation that can let one live thousands of years. Zonhaspalis would probably take this to the extreme. It would be home mostly to the richest and most powerful of mages.
#TheDragonblood: Zonhaspalis (Żonhāspălis in its full diacritic glory) is composed of the Nemorian words żonhā (sky) and spălis (city). So, literally "Sky City".
The former part, żonhā, is cognate with Lithuanian dangus (sky) and English dungeon.
#TheDragonblood: Zonhaspalis, or at least the floating city as it now exists if it was created from an existing settlement rather than from scratch, was created as a show of power, to prove it could be done.
#TheDragonblood: Zonhaspalis flies in the air with the birds. And possibly bats, dragons or wyverns (though probably not both), and perhaps even fairies.
The magic that keeps the city afloat, though, is mainly from magical ferns.
#TheDragonblood: Zonhaspalis is located somewhere in Nemoria, high up in the air.
I'm thinking of placing it west of Nemoros (which is in my alt-Earth's equivalent of Slovakia), somewhere in the equivalent of Czechia.
I don't think they chose the location for the resources.
#TheDragonblood: Sabrina is the main time travel expert of the story, although I suppose Fenzetor, god of time, may be even more of an expert.
#InReverse: Harriet may be the closest thing there is to a time travel expert at the start, having lived with Meg for a while now.
#TheDragonblood: About a week passes during the story, although it might be lived through a couple times over by the end.
#InReverse: The story takes place over decades, from 2024 to the 1990's.
