Had an enjoyable time at the Town hall this morning. Certificates were presented to the locals for their gardens and allotments. We we’re encouraged to join in next year , so I will be entering small gardens in 2027 💐

All welcome at this event - please show your support to Richmond!

RDTN is sad to learn of the death on 3 September of Jackie McLeod, long term editor and reader. We were privileged to visit her a few weeks ago with flowers and today will send a card to the family.
Her funeral will be on 6 October at Maple Park Crematorium, Thirsk.

I’ve just seen this - how amazing and heartwarming! On Yorkshire Day Emma and her gang held a Zumbathon in Market Place and raised over £2000 for a Yorkshire charity that supports anyone who has experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence 🥳🥳🥳
