I'm spending my days running around to various AA meetings letting everyone know my Dad passed away.

It's a positive...course of direction.✌🏽☮️😉

Well nothing like being broken up with to spice up a Saturday! 💔

Terrible part of being sober, I cant even numb it. I have to sit with it. Uncomfortable when Im simultaneously both cold🥶 & hot🥵 Is that part of heartbreak or sign of perimenopause!
What a catch I now am 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️😆

I'm sitting in my car on the street, *super* early for an 8pm meeting.

I want to share that my dad passed. They listened to me when he was ill.
I want them to know I'm OK.✌🏽☮️

Thank God for my medicine!
I never, ever would have been able to get through that 8 hour vigil besides my father's deathbed without it.

(I would have been a basket case & basket case me does not accomplish adult tasks.)
