Small update. I been waiting on DBT from the NHS for my BPD since 2019. I was finally referred in May this year. Today I received a recjection saying I would likely benefit from a top up of DBT techniques which they don't offer. I'm back in NHS pinball being bounced from agency to agency. #BPD #NHS
