Despite the title, Larry is the only one seen actually playing his fiddle. This is because Larry was the only one of The Stooges who could actually play the violin. He had studied it as a boy and started in showbiz playing it in his vaudeville act #MeTVThreeStooges #FiddlersThree

The castle set for this short was originally built for "The Bandit of Sherwood Forest (1946)", and was also reused for "The Hot Scots (1948)" and "Squareheads of the Round Table (1948)". #MeTVThreeStooges #FiddlersThree

Fleeting film moment when Curly, after he throws one of the bad guys into the rolltop desk and shuts it, where he grabs his chest and slumps against the desk, obviously in discomfort, with a pained expression on his face. 😥 #MeTVThreeStooges #ThreeLoanWolves
