[Article: Firefox 157 broke my vertical tabs]

Firefox 157's new UI engine Nova made my previously-beautiful vertical tabs into a pile of hot garbage. Ugh.

THANK GOD it's (still) possible to revert #Firefox' design update through about:config 😌

I've mostly considered the Firefox UI to be quite good. Though, I cannot help but feel like #Mozilla are somewhat trying to make Firefox visually resemble […]

Oh !
#Firefox !

Having spent the day too lazy to disable #Firefox #Nova theming... I gotta admit, I... Kinda like it...

Abrid about:config y cambiad browser.nova.enabled a false

It appears this was a controversial opinion!

Well, I upgraded Firefox.
There are some changes, but not too much broke.
Things look more circular now. Tolerable for now.

Firefox ESR

For those who don't like the new #Firefox #Nova theme, you can go to `about:config` and set `browser.nova.enabled` to `false`

I think I found what was causing my degraded performance navigating #YouTube that cropped up overnight.

It coincided with last night's #Windows11 update to #26H2, but now seems to be unrelated.

Pausing the #Ghostery #Waterfox / #Firefox extension on YouTube has fixed the excessive CPU usage […]

Dont like the new #firefox UI? Me neither, go to about:config and set browser.nova.enabled to false!

More fucking rounded controls in #Firefox 157. UGH!
