@capitalist96.bsky.social"Cuba's poverty is due to the U.S. embargo." That is the regime's official line, faithfully repeated by naive leftists. Three economists just ran the numbers and found that only 8% is due to the embargo. The other 92% of the damage is socialism.
For #left #greens #DemocraticSocialist 👆
@capitalist96.bsky.socialWhat would #left #greens #DemocraticSocialist #socialists who advocate for Multiculturalism, Immigration, would have to say about this ? 👇 How come standards of integration not applied on the muslim community who immigrate to West ?

@capitalist96.bsky.socialWhat #left, #marxists & #DemocraticSocialist conveniently leave out is the fact that Sweden is among the freest Economies which ranks high in almost all parameters except the size of the govt compared to private sector. They talk about Scandinavian model for welfare but not for its Economic freedom.
@capitalist96.bsky.socialSo In a nutshell ordinary middle class swedes pay high taxes to fund the Govt welfare and Social spending it's not the top 1% rich who fund the programs exclusively unlike what #left or #DemocraticSocialist Like AOC would like you to believe take from the rich and give it to the poor in Sweden.
@capitalist96.bsky.socialSweden 👇 before it adopted religion called socialism. Look at govt spending, GDP per capita, Life Expectancy, Maternal Mortality, Infant Mortality for Sweden by 1970 when it was a relatively far more limited government, greater free markets economic freedom. #left #DemocraticSocialist
