Happy Birthday today to former Reds manager Gudjon Thordarson - 71 today. In charge at Oakwell for 9 months (Jun 2003 to Mar '04) when he was perhaps harshly sacked by Peter Ridsdale. He later managed #NottsCounty & #Crewe & Icelandic clubs before retiring in 2022. #BarnsleyFC #GudjonThordarson

The first open exhibition in the new community art gallery in my little home town opens soon. 19 Sep to 19 Dec 2026. Typically open Mondays, Wednesdays 10:00-16:00; Saturdays 11:00-16:00.
