The #boat went down on 24 Nov 2021; 31 #migrants, mainly Iraqi Kurds but also Afghans, Egyptians and Iranian Kurds died, 2 survived.
According to the charges, the boat was of poor quality, unsuitable for navigation at sea, overloaded, and without correct life jackets.
