Before turning down this Riverfront Stadium blank, I like to make sure I’ve got nice sharp carbides on my turning tools. With pieces of the old stadium seats mixed into the epoxy, I want everything cutting as clean as possible. Can’t wait to see what this one reveals #woodturning #woodworking #lathe

A pretty little bubinga box out of some scrap. Finished with tung oil.

This piece was mostly an exercise in work holding. Using mortises (visible in the second picture showing the underside) rather than tenons, which is what I usually do. I like the mortise approach.
