Both were only mildly injured and checked by medics on scene.
This was in addition to the bicyclist serious injury at 56th/Rural.

@safestreetsindy.orgThese barriers have been hit more times than we can count. DPW didn't want to put barriers here when this trail opened. It was paint only. Then flex posts, which repeatedly got destroyed by drivers. Finally they half-assed this jersey barrier installation.
