Triple H in the house - HALEY HOPKINS HATTY! 🔥🔥🔥

Since the penalty miss, The Current have stormed back 🩵

Debinha comes off for Rocky Rodriguez. Thought Deb really turned it up a notch in that 30th-60th minute range. Was everywhere on and off the ball. #KCBaby

Hilarious to remember that Armas started this season trying to cast both Bethune and Hopkins as wide players. #KCBaby

Have a day Haley Hopkins! That’s a hat trick for her against Denver #KCBABY

Take a bow, Haley Hopkins. A fitting result: two days after WNBPA president Nneka Ogwumike retires, the NWSLPA president notches her first hat trick in the league.

3-1 for the Current, with very good vibes going in CPKC Stadium for the moment.

Oke had pushed up much further for that goal. Chawinga saw it was Gaetino and hit that turbo boost. Nothing Denver could do to stop that train. #KCBaby

Don't need Croix in the midfield when Denver is going to continue to allow the "boot it over the backline and Temwa will get it" strategy #kcbaby

Hopkins hat trick! #KCBaby

HOPKINS HATTY. Unreal end to end sequence. Temwa Chawinga gives that up to Haley. 3-1. #KCBaby

The Abby Smith experience... gets that ball snatched from her by Haley Hopkins and Hopkins gets an open net brace. Crazy ball that started from Gabrielle Robinson in the backline..

An early second-half lead in Kansas City..

GOAL. 2-1 Current. Haley Hopkins pounces on a loose ball and beats Abby Smith to it 1v1 in the midfield. A GIFT. #KCBaby #KCvNWSL

Second half is underway. Current immediately go long and cough up possession. #KCBaby

Four minutes of stoppage time. Don't think the Current have played particularly well today but they've found a way to get that scoreline level. #KCBaby
