"My place. Ten minutes."📖

👩‍🏫 Iris's Note:
Ten minutes."

'Rebellion', from 1937, is a nice smokey red with a bright golden beard. Such a good grower and bloomer. A long time favorite of mine.

"Kneel. I'm kidding. Maybe."📖

👩‍🏫 Iris's Note:

I picked from my family's garden. I really wanted to traditionally paint flowers this year.

'Ranger', from 1943, was heavily used in hybridizing for red irises. It's a nice red-violet with a mustard-brown beard, and is an excellent grower and bloomer.

"Talk me out of it."📖

👩‍🏫 Iris's Note:
"Talk (someone) out of it" は「説得してやめさせる」という口語。

These are some of the Irises I used to grow...endless defence against the bugs.

But yes, having empty pots and no flowers and a concrete abandoned wasteland is SO PREFERABLE.

Fucksake.

2017.

Iris kicking things off right with 'Cries of Insanity' 🌅 That synth pulse from 'Radiant' is exactly the kind of bright, driving energy to start your morning on Now Wave Mix

"Let me sketch you."📖

👩‍🏫 Iris's Note:

Da blüht Dir was.

'Prince Of Monaco', from 1956, is a richly colored #iris, with deep velvet falls under bright lavender standards. It glows across the garden. Very rare. A good grower and bloomer for me tho.

Blumen. Blumen gehen immer.

I'm shivering."📖

👩‍🏫 Iris's Note:
