ai-conventional-commit 4.2: commits through Claude went from ~16s to ~3s. It had been booting my whole Claude Code setup, 33k tokens of it, to write one line.

Also fixed: ♻️ getting split in half with a stray chore: wedged in the gap.

today I learnt how to employ #Git LFS (Large File Storage) in a repository. in this case, to store and version textures and 3d models. yes for #gamedev purposes ;)

btw its a good practice to version _any_ binary files with #LFS, even the not very large
