Fading mushroom - possibly Spectacular Rustgill?

Close up image showing two mushrooms with one in the early stages of decay. Much of the image is filled with the stalk and cap of the fading mushroom with the cap tilted over backwards in the image so that the gills are clearly visible. The stem and the visible parts of the cap are a bright rusty orange while the Gills are a darker rusty brown. In the bottom left hand corner of the image is a much smaller orange rust coloured wrinkled mushroom which may be in the early stages of growth despite its wrinkled appearance.
