@bookmarkandburn.bsky.socialThe ultimate romantasy reader argument:
ACOTAR vs Fourth Wing.
Fae courts or dragons?
Slow-burn fantasy romance or deadly war-college chaos?
I’m opening the floor. 📚💙

@wicnet.bsky.social#FourthWing author Rebecca Yarros asked fans who work at bookstores and retailers not to leak spoilers for #ThreshingDay early like they did with Onyx Storm. Full story ⬇️
@worldbuildingwed.bsky.social"We’re told that dragons have their own culture and laws, but rarely shown this in the Empyrean series. This seems to be because if Yarros gave the dragons the kind of agency she claims that they have, much of the plot would fall apart."

@diamondreigh.bsky.socialI just found (& devoured) the first two books of the #FourthWing series, and would like to kindly ask the SEVENTEEN (?!) people ahead of me for the third book to cancel their requests. 🙏🏻 #BookSky
(Also, I was most assuredly born to be a dragon rider, so it’s a massive pity we don’t have any.)
