This one is a little more serious than the last one. This is just a small glimpse into Roundup's past. Though, he doesn't really have many memories of what happened, but he does remember this one.

Abner and Alma were together the day he ‘disappeared’ - and spent the following decades coping in their own ways 🩵

As a child, Abner was a bit of a troublemaker. He loved getting up to no good, and his little sister Alma, who thought he was the coolest person in the world, would always tag along. However, Abner’s mischievous deeds eventually caught up to him - they were in a antiques/artifacts stall at the local artisan market, and tried to steal a fish-shaped brooch Alma had her eye on. However, the shop owner revealed herself as a word witch, who spitefully commanded that Abner ‘disappear’ - and he did, in every sense of the word. He woke up in a strange, unfamiliar town, and found that he’d become invisible.
After struggling through homelessness for a few months, a local butcher took pity on him and took Abner under his wing. By the time Abner was back on his feet and managed to work out where he was, he was far too ashamed to try and seek out his family again. Instead, he only sought to find a cure for his curse - trying to save enough money from his job to find a witch (or anyone able to help, really) he could pay to restore his appearance.

After Abner literally disappeared, Alma went into a state of shock. She somehow stumbled back home, but when she explained to her parents what happened and tried to show them the word witch’s tent, it was already long gone. For many years afterward, Alma would always question her own memory of exactly what happened. Though the rest of her family eventually concluded that Abner was long gone, probably no longer alive, Alma still desperately clung to her faith that he was out there. She would always wear a brave face around other people, and worked herself to the bone to become a professional athlete. In her mind, being someone in the public eye meant that she’d have a better chance of reaching out to her missing brother. She would always talk about him in press conferences or interviews, hoping Abner would see them and they could finally reunite. She never knew that he had been out there and aware for a long time, simply avoiding her for his own broken pride.

There are many moments from childhood that Vitian wished he'd forget. But not all of them. Some moments were special in their own way, bringing back a feeling he cannot fully understand.

"Born in a small mountain village, Asuna lived a life of relative normalcy for her earliest years. She heard stories of her homeland from her parents, not understanding why they'd retire so far away. Her father was a renowned warrior, her family name was well respected. Maybe that's why they favored the quiet life — to get away from it all.

During the height of the war brought upon by Thordrok, the tyrant of the orcs, she lost her village and her father. Only a few years later, just as she was adjusting to life in a new home, her mother would pass away from an unknown illness. Wracked by grief, Asuna spiraled into a reclusive depression for many years. Her only friends were the son of the tavern-keep, and the town's lord — who went out of his way to look after Asuna following her mother's death.

With the only things left of her past life being her father's hunting blade and her mother's engagement ring, Asuna yearned to do right by their memory. She must stop the man responsible. She must kill Thordrok. Maybe then may she, and others who lost like her, could be at peace again,".
