To recap, the final play call from the #Commanders had two reads: Throw to the outside or clock it. It remains unclear why Daniels didn't do that. And, as Quinn acknowledged, they should've just kept it simple and spiked the ball.

As frustrating as that #Commanders game was, be thankful you didn't have to get up at 4am to watch it like me.

Quinn said, in retrospect, the #Commanders should've just spiked the ball and attempted the field goal. He said they were trying to gain more yardage.
