一昨日はアプリが動いているところを紹介したので、今回はロジック編です。

消灯時間と睡眠効率算出のロジックについてまとめました。

後者は数式を代入するだけなので、簡単です。

消灯時間は線を書くので、ペイントとは少し異なった作りをしないといけません。
