18.3 B-Patch isn't expected to flip the current meta

This will not be a massive balance patch that flips the meta, specifically since it's so early into the patch and because there's relevant competitions. I would say it's primary focus is bugfixes with very expected changes like Kha'Zix. I'd expect most of the top-end to be similar.

- BiS Rammus is CROWNGUARD (very important) + x2 stoneplate
- Feed Teemo
- Ride Rammus
- Lvl 8 is Morgana 2* > Legendary > 3 Exec

Please read details regarding Champion Targeting changes

Update on a couple 18.3 things.

As per the official channels, we’re completing a B-patch that includes re-adding the 18.B changes that got excluded, disabling some bugged augments, and catching the meta shifts that are still apparent from late 18.2B. A rough ETA is tomorrow (Thursday) by EOD, and hopefully earlier in the day than later.

There are reasons why this patch was a bit different than the normal cycle, but it’s definitely not up to the quality bar we want for TFT. We’re working to quickly get the balance changes back to where want.

Additionally, there was an intentional revert of Champion Targeting from 18.2. Our goal is complete parity in champion targeting between Set 17/18 and there have been bugs that have altered how melee targets are acquired at the start of combat. An attempted fix to other movement bugs caused unintended effects in 18.2. We’ve reverted that change and are investigating a better way to return parity to targeting.

I appreciate everyone’s patience and feedback.

18.3 B-Patch is in process including nerfing Kha'Zix, Blackthorn and re-implementing previous balance changes that were accidentally reverted #TFT #S18

Heads up, we're working on a B-patch targeting some evolutions in the meta (you can't hide forever Kha'Zix / Blackthorn), as well as re-implementing some balance changes that were inadvertently rolled back from 18.2B (Camille, LeBlanc, Teemo, Ashe, Draven). Apologies for the inconvenience here, especially for players prepping for regionals this weekend. We'll follow up with an ETA for the B-patch when it's more clear.

Patch 18.3 reverted some previous changes. Here's a list from panche3e #TFT #S18

- Pre-nerf Draven quests
- Can find Polymorph not as the first charm
- Leblanc print rates are pre-nerf
- Bug that gives different TG every time you remove is back

findings on patch 18.3 on things that got reverted to before 18.2B: Draven quests are pre-nerf, you can find polymorph normally not as the first charm, and Leblanc print rates are pre-nerf. Assuming most of the b patch got reverted 🫡

Now confirmed: units are drawn randomly from the live pool, so it's harder to hit ones with fewer copies left.
