✅ Exercism Swift #9: bird-watcher

TIL: The exercise teaches loops, but reduce(0, +) and array slicing solved it without a single for.

With @keepdates.app it was a bit trickier.

It wasn't (yet) built to run on iPad, so I had to do a bit more work (and even invent an extra screen/view - showing some stats) to fill up the sidebar half of the split view, when opened in landscape.
