No clue where the original cartoon at the base of this meme is from. It's set in a present day hospital room, with a sick male person in bed and, presumably, their wife or girlfriend visiting. This cartoon is overlaid with character screenshots from #StarTrek #StarTrekDS9. It's arranged in two columns and three rows. Panel 1: Miles O'Brien is shown in the bed, bandaged, an EKG monitor running next to him. "Did I die?" he asks. His loved one (here still the original drawing) is standing next to the bed. The Bajoran banners in Kai Winn's office in #StarTrekDS9's "Shakaar"⬆️ are modified versions of the Bajoran Militia banners seen in "The Circle"⬇️. Large Bajoran emblems were put over the bottom of the banners to hide the Bajoran Militia emblem, which would have been unfitting for the Kai's office.
