The Fruitfly is a custom variant of the NuSat Systems Ysmir-class Gunship. The Spacers' Union refit them into Fruitflies, designed to attend civilian convoys and jam would-be pirates' missiles and comms.

The Maw of Paak was the bloodiest battle in the Tremendum. The battle only ended with a hijacked Flotilla Bis' crash, releasing its black hole into the planet and irradiating it from within. The name has come to refer to the black hole itself following its emergence.
