Osprey taking the catch up the Middlebere channel to eat at one of the posts at the top of the channel. This fish was then taken to the dead trees by the Wetland trail screen a bit later to finish.

That gave us the afternoon to pop down to #rspb Freiston Shore and spend some time watching the Wryneck there. What a fantastic bird, showed really well feeding along the footpath and later sheltering from the drizzle in the weedy patch near the car park. 2/2
