半玉子まぶし（150円）。
濃い茶色の豚骨醤油スープはトロッとして濃厚で塩っぱ目。
短め太めでもっちりした王道家の麺は硬めが美味しい。柔らかいチャーシューが3枚。
細かく刻んだ半熟卵が乗った玉子まぶし。
これに卓上の無限にんにくを乗せて濃厚なスープを吸った海苔で食べる。最高。
ガツンと濃厚で食べた後の満足感がとても高い家系ラーメン店。
