これは今日食べた夜メシ。鶏肉とキノコのクリームソースペンネ。美味い。鶏むね肉と舞茸を豆乳とクリームチーズと水で煮て、塩胡椒、コンソメで味を調整して同じフライパンにペンネも入れて3分ほど煮込む。温泉卵も同時に作っておいて乾燥パセリと粉チーズを使いつつ盛り付けて完成。ペルフェット！
