My #onted Staples order had a delivery attempt at 4.55pm yesterday and the tracker says "business closed" with no other info for today
What happens now?
Shouldn't a company that got a $60+ million contract from an entire province know what time the places close and plan deliveries accordingly?
This Thursday I'll be taking part in a virtual panel discussion about A.I. in classrooms, hosted by the Toronto Star.
Is A.I.? my area of expertise? Not by a long shot, but I'll be sharing the perspective of a classroom teacher. #OntEd

A huge thank you to NDP MPP Jessica Bell for hosting yesterday’s event, and for providing the space for #CatholicTeachers to meaningfully discuss the important issues facing publicly funded #OntEd schools today!
May have to check this out #onted

Our #KnowMore campaign is hitting the pavement, as we continue our conversation with Ontarians about the resources and supports that #OntEd students need to succeed.
Isn't it time we invest in schools again? If you agree, add your voice at knowmore.ca!
In #OntEd school boards have invested in Kevlar instead of in proactive support for students, because the PPE is a lot cheaper.
This is what chronic government underfunding looks like.
We need governments that see education as an investment, not as an expense to be minimized.
Schools have no money for photocopy paper in #OntEd.
But we also don’t have the 1:1 tech that was supposed to replace the need for photocopied worksheets.
And the research is showing decreased learning with typing instead of handwriting on paper.
So… 🤷♀️
And sends $65+ million of #onted money to Staples...
Every year
Thank you to all #CatholicTeachers who wore red & purple for yesterday's #DayOfAction!
Together, we'll continue the fight – with 275,000+ teachers & education workers – to defend & support publicly funded education across Ontario!✊ #OntEd
