Two Years Sober

The trees are helping me celebrate

Took my last drink on 09/30/2024

Morning Hike

Overcast and gloomy this a.m. but still pretty

Set aside some time today for a little walk outside, maybe in a forest or just a casual stroll around the block

Get outside and play

Drama Queen

Overcast day but at least the clouds are putting on a dramatic show

Left Leaning

Love yourself and love the trees

Get outside today and hug one

Morning Hike

Beautiful morning for the last day of September

Get outside today and touch some grass, maybe go vote early if it's available to you

Both make you feel good

Swoosh, Go Outside

Play hooky this afternoon, go vote early then take a nice hike in the woods as a reward

Maybe a Sniffies hookup later

The Ents Are Walking

Baby Ents but still Ents

These Ents want you to vote early, maybe over lunch

Peer Pressure

Neighbor mowed his ditches last night. So, as a good steward of the land, I must mow mine today

So many rules in a polite society

Reminds Me, Early Voting Is Open

Morning Hike

Took the pups back to the river this morning. Baker got in the water, very smelly now but he had fun. Sammy hates the water

#Nature #Photography #Scape #Photo #WitchSky #Trees #Forest #ForestScape #Hiking #Camping #EastCoastKin

Spooked

I scared a deer, well it scared me. As they harvest corn the deer move back to the woods

Honestly, I thought it was a Bigfoot coming at me

Perfect Weather

...for spell casting

Cool and Mother Nature is cooperating. Warm enough if your casting au naturel yet adequately cool for a full cloak and sensible shoes

#Nature #Photography #Scape #Photo #WitchSky #Trees #Forest #ForestScape #Hiking #Camping #EastCoastKin

Tree Tops

Upper leaves are starting to turn. In two weeks this is going to be a golden paradise

Get outside this afternoon and take a walk, maybe over lunch

Or go vote early

Gastly Early

But god it is a beautiful morning

Early voting is open in Illinois and across the country, simple with no stress or lines

Go Vote

Morning Hike

Pups had me up at 5 this morning, gonna throw me off all day. It was a very pleasant hike in the misty woods though

We call this mushroom the "chanterelle" (or "little fox"), a name linked not to the animal itself but to its color. 🧡🍄🦊
