#FedEx is rapidly falling into the same sloppy service malaise as USPS and UPS. They'll send you 3045 texts and emails about a delivery within a certain time frame and NEVER SHOW UP.

What's the point of tracking if they just make up times and never follow them? Oh, right. We're at their mercy.
