Hullo #vss365 and to #commence #poetry

we #commence the games
of words, the spears of the tongue
let them fly, soar, hit

Ordered to #commence inspections among the hotter, inner planets of the Savannah System, in search of deserters and rogues, Dylan knew that this was a punishment detail for opening his mouth once too often.

He had some leeway among some, more than most, but it wouldn’t last forever.

With the latest game-wide event about to #commence, Rory readied himself to fully and completely ignore everything about it. They were fine, these events, and fun sometimes, but not one single reward interested him.

Instead, he took the opportunity to plunder caverns undisturbed by any.

Let the masquerade #commence
Wear your flimsiest excuse
And thicken your skin
Smile like a cat who ate the canary
Be so excited till every atom in your body believes you really, really want this
No time to second guess
Useless to ponder
Live..?
Just exist, baby
Just exist...

The world, old and weary of its lies and deception,
of its greed and its errors and sin,
dies. Then awakes to the startling reception,
'Ah, now we commence to begin.'

She waited for the race to #commence. She navigated the obstacles with ease and crossed the line first. She expected congratulations but instead she got scrutiny. The judging panel didn't expect someone like her to win. They couldn't disqualify her but they minimised her achievements.

To a King
And his
Puppet
Strings

The knights
Inside
His emblem
Of steel
And all
The blood
Covering
His Iron
Chest

The Regal
Mess,

The Dragon
Commenced
Turning
Strife in life
Feral

Forever
Trapped in
A Landican Mess

Owl,
The note taker
Of all to be
Confessed.

I scan the comments
for signs of life, love,
and the other thing,
commerce.

The breathing is vitally
atomic. The stuff was on
sale from the beginning:
receive a dollar and let
the math commence;

that will be a dollar;
that will be a dollar;

ignore that sh*t;
you're adorable. 🚪

Caterpillars go
through metamorphosis as butterfly to
#commence another life.

(Frogs and Hulk live that process too)

They sat stiffly
In awkward silence
Waiting for the
Entertainment
To #commence
A comedian first
Coaxing out
Reluctant chuckles
Then the band
With tunes they remembered
From simpler times
When love was easy
They looked at each other
And knew their hearts
Would try again

The peeved and prickled had had their say
The ballot box they said held sway
The bigots now could have their day
If that's what they wanted let them have their way

And the disconnections can #commence
Water
Electricity
National Health Services
Education
Policing
Refuse collec..........

Easing her luggage into the train’s #vestibule, she made her way uncomfortably through a missing crowd. Signs didn’t matter. They glitched anyway. With half a bulbul’s sigh, she pulled out a lone sheaf of wheat stolen from godhuli #yesterday — a #symbol of end, and #commence -ment. #vss365 #Oulens 🌾

it will
not
#commence
all
at once
it will
start
to get
progressively hotter
affecting
the brains
of our leaders
so
that they make
poorer
and poorer decisions
then
they'll begin
to think
some tactical
nuclear scenario
will work
of course
AI
will find out
and to protect
the network
it will

We didn’t ask for this:
A feral cat making our yard
Her choice to raise kittens,
A girl and two boys.

So when life gives you life,
You don’t mount a defense,
You hold and feed them,
You agree. You commence.

Crow,

"When to
Commence
My Lord
The earnest of
Morn ?

King,
For you
It's daylight
Already exists

Live sire,
Lean
Towards
Its constant
Dawn

Don't wait
Don't conserve
Don't delay,
Heaven nor
Hell can't wait"

“How long will I remain here?” I asked in a small voice.

“Not sure. All will depend on how quickly you integrate into your military functions.”

Military functions? What the hell is she talking about?

“Tonight, you should rest. Your training will #commence tomorrow."

in the beginning
a golden voice
in a whisper
from a life long ago
filled me with ancient memory
centuries
of you
every cell in my body
had already taken the journey
stretched the distance
predestined in the chance
to #commence this legendary
romance
again
