non-identical twins april and li may appear to dress the same at first, but a closer look reveals small differences. although these reflect how they mirror each other, they also imply that the pair may not be as in-sync as they seem.

Day 8 of #OC-Tober and today's prompt is relationships!
This time I'm focusing on romantic relationships. First one is Al and Roundup, and the second one is Lake and Percy! They both had a rocky start, but they are both happy with their partners!

They both confessed at about the same time :D Roundup is usually first to initiate touch, and Al is the first to apologize. Al is more likely to kill for the other, and Roundup is more likely to die for the other. Al is more responsible and Roundup is more emotional and shows up unannounced. Al is an introvert, Roundup is an extrovert. Al would be the little spoon and Roundup would be the big spoon. Al doesn't really do pet names that much, but Roundup enjoys coming up with pet names. They're both fairly independent on their own, and are both a little overprotective of each other. Roundup loves physical touch more than words, while Al is more in the middle. This is both their first romantic relationship, so they're both just figuring things out. Roundup tends to be very open while Al tends to be secretive. Al is simultaneously combative and avoidant, while Roundup is somehow in the middle. Al can NOT cook, but Roundup can! Al tends to be more humble while Roundup is more arrogant, but they are both very faithful. They both are simultaneously a problem maker and a problem solver.

Their favorite thing about each other: Roundup loves how Al is small and has really nice hair to play with, while Al loves how Roundup is always there for him when he needs him.
Their LEAST favorite thing about each other: Roundup does NOT like how Al can't cook at ALL. Like, really bad. Al however doesn't like how Roundup is irresponsible and loud a lot.

Roundup LOVES showing affection towards Al even in public, while Al is more shy about it. They are both awkward, but Al's more awkward. Neither of them are very jealous

Their favorite thing about each other: Lake enjoys Percy's fashion and finds him funny, and Percy loves how pretty Lake is and how calming she is.
Their LEAST favorite thing about each other: Lake can find Percy's outgoing personality to be a bit much sometimes, and Percy struggles to read her deadpan demeanor a lot of the time.

Percy and Lake both are more okay with showing affection in public, though Lake is a little more shy about it. They aren't too awkward together and seem to be very confident. Percy, however, is pretty jealous of Lake's hair lmao.

- Alejandro is a very shy person and often likes to kind of keep to himself, but be around other people for company. Roundup on the other hand, CRAVES attention from others whether it's good or bad.
These two are very obvious, but they will continuously deny to everyone else that they like the other person, even when their faces are very red. Roundup loves Al's company. Al brings out a more calm side in him and Roundup actually likes how relaxing that is. On the other hand, Al loves how Roundup fires him up! Finding ways to cheer him up and brings out a chaotic side of him he didn't even know he had! Needless to say, these two work very well together! Roundup loves to take Al to explore all these places he's never been before, or to maybe blow up something belonging to Dread as way to get revenge, and to cheer Al up. It does cheer him up by the way.

- Lake is a very calm yet chaotic person. She tends to distance herself from others for whatever reason, while Percy is an outgoing and dramatic kind of person.
Lake and Percy are a little more chill in their relationship. Lake wasn't sure at first if she even liked Percy that way, but she decided to give it a shot because it couldn't hurt. They ended up forming a deep connection with each other. Lake finds Percy's cheerful and exciting demeanor to be very comforting while Percy finds Lake's calm and quiet demeanor to be comforting as well. They both feel like they can trust each other with anything. Percy might not be the best at keeping secrets, but he manages to keep any personal stuff Lake tells him to himself. They like to spend their free time watching movies together while eating snacks.

This one is a little more serious than the last one. This is just a small glimpse into Roundup's past. Though, he doesn't really have many memories of what happened, but he does remember this one.
