57 years ago tonight (9/25/69) ABC aired #Bewitched #172: “Samantha’s Yoo-Hoo Maid.” Excerpt from THE BEWITCHED HISTORY BOOK (available here ➡️ a.co/d/dxyedis): “I’d only give this ep maybe 2 stars…and that’s only on account of I think the floating furniture is one of the coolest….special effects…”

1 of my fave things about watching #filmnoir movies from the 50s, is seeing unexpected appearances by people I came to know later via childhood TV. I mean, who knew that Darren's hapless boss Larry Tate on #bewitched played a lecherous scumbag in "Sweet Smell of Success" w/Tony Curtis?

The set is currently sold out.

62 years ago tonight (9/24/64) the Kravitzes made their debut in Season One's "Be It Ever So Mortgaged." These two are very funny characters. I think Alice Pearce and George Tobias were a perfect pair.

#ErinMurphy posted her pic today. #ElizabethMontgomery’s pic is from the last #Bewitched episode, S8s “The Truth, Nothing But the Truth, So Help Me, Sam.” I have posted #curler comparisons before, but Erin’s loose curlers reminded me of Sam’s from that specific episode.

60 years ago tonight (9/22/66) #KaseyRogers made her 1st appearance as #LouiseTate, a role she would play for the rest of the series, in #Bewitched S3s “The Moment of Truth.” She was the first person from the show I ever met, and at the house at the WB Ranch (thank you Mark Simpson and Mark Wood!).
