Caught somewhere between #punk and pop #XTC never quite fitted in. "Black Sea", their 4th album, produced by Steve Lillywhite even though it's considered as perfect pop is a-dark at heart- #postpunk gem.
Essential!

This band along with Wire, @thisheat and Pere Ubu never really get the amount of love and recognition I feel that they deserve for paving the way for most of the weird experimental stuff we enjoy to this day.
