Q3. What concerns do you have about privacy and your digital data? #DigiBlogChat
With you properly now, #DigiBlogChat!
Thanks, Jim. Where and how do you store the off-site copy? #DigiBlogChat
That answers the question I had about how many backups! #DigiBlogChat
Backups aren't truly protective until they can be restored. Periodically testing a backup by recovering a file can reveal corrupted, incomplete or outdated copies before they're needed. #DigiBlogChat
A2 A solid backup strategy follows the 3-2-1 rule: keep three copies of important data, on two different types of storage, with one copy off-site. Automate backups when possible and test them periodically. #DigiBlogChat
A1. Good subscriptions to manage digital data:
✅ Dashlane for passwords
✅ A plan for my photos
✅ Norton for security.

Q2. If you’re backing up your data, how often and how many backups are adequate? (Physical, cloud, etc.) #DigiBlogChat
That's right, Jim. A subscription review every once in awhile is important! #DigiBlogChat
Hellooooooo! Nice to "see" you! #DigiBlogChat
Oh, that darn local meeting! Ok, see you soon, John! #DigiBlogChat
A1 Subscriptions can simplify digital data management when they provide reliable cloud storage, automatic backups or cross-device access. The key is paying for a service that solves a real problem rather than accumulating subscriptions. #DigiBlogChat
With you soon, Carol! It’s the week when #DigiBlogChat clashes with the local meeting.
