Have done 6 1/2 weeks of 7 days a week working. Biggest difference is that my own house isn’t as clean and tidy as before 😂 which won’t be a major problem until house inspection next month. Eldest’s birthday is next Monday and I’ve been able to get a few nice things ordered. This is sustainable.

hey, my peeps, wanna read something weird? yesterday, i did 5 10-kilo leg presses and was unable to move afterwards because of the resulting pain. today, i was on the cross-trainer for 12 minutes (lost track of time, sigh) then followed that with 10 10-kilo leg presses and I FEEL FINE. wow!

Stop grading AI agent demos. Measure finished work instead. The same week an arXiv paper showed SWE-bench can't rank top coding agents, a startup argues the whole eval layer measures the wrong thing. If your evals grade demos, you're hiring for interview performance.
